Late Arrivals: I reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments for clients who are more than 15 minutes late. No Call/No Show Policy: In the case of a no-call/no-show, 100% of the missed appointment total must be paid to schedule another appointment. Failure to do so will result in being unable to book future appointments. Cancellation Policy: Life happens, and we understand. If you need to reschedule, you can do so for free with over 48 hours' notice. However, appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a $100 fee, which is applicable only to cover the missed appointment.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
To reserve your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking and will go toward your service total. We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100%. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a modified or cancelled appointment at full charge. By booking, you agree to these terms.
